Banquet

The 5th GCMEA banquet will be held in the traditional Japanese restaurant “Chikae” located in downtown Hakata City.
You will enjoy fresh seafood sourced from various regions of Kyushu. Skilled chefs meticulously prepare dishes using carefully selected seasonal seafood.
The Banquet dinner event on Wednesday, 24th July, needs to be registered online. The Banquet will be held in the Chikae located 5 minutes’ walk from the Akasaka Station.

Access to Baquet

We will provide a direct free shuttle bus to the banquet site.
The bus will depart after Keynote lecture (18:00) on Wednesday, 24th July. The banquet will begin at 19:00 pm. The dress code for the dinner will be smart casual.
