JEMEA is accepting abstract submission of Sympo2019(Tsukuba).
Deadline is Jul.26(Fri) 23:59 (Japan time) –No extension←Closed

【Information from The 13th JEMEA Symposium Organizing Committee】
About program, banquet:
Sympo2019 is from Oct.30(Wed)-Nov.1(Fri).

Organizing committee is planning and negotiating as follows.

・Special lecture (1 hour) on Oct.30 afternoon, by Dr. Hitoshi Kuninaka (JAXA)-received informal consent

・Mixer (Oct. 30 evening )@Equipment display area: 1drink and snack service (free)

・Banquet: Oct.31 evening＠ Café piquenique within AIST

◎Menu (Tentative): raw ham & Camembert cheese, saucisse (banger)、gratin, roast beef, Sichuan-style bean curd (tofu and ground pork spicy taste), pizza,、pasta (Fried chicken, Sushi)

◎Free shuttle bus to Tsukuba station. (Oct.31, after Banquet ) – Oct.31 only.
⇒For to charter shuttle bus, we need the number of attendees.
So please make registration of Sympo2019 by Sep.20.
